ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A five (5) day / four (4) night trip for winner and three (3) guests (”Group”) to Los Angeles, California (”City”), on Sponsor-selected dates (”Trip”), consisting of the following elements for the Group: [1] visit to the set of Wizards of Waverly Place (”Show”) to see the taping of an episode (”Taping”), [2] an opportunity to have lunch with Sponsor-selected cast members of the Show on the Show set, subject to cast availability (”Meet and Greet”); [3] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for four (4) nights; [4] hotel/Taping transfers; [5] 1-Day Park Hopper® tickets for Group, including access to Disneyland® Park and Disney’s California Adventure® Park; [6] hotel/Park transfers; [7] one (1) $3,000 check awarded to Parent; [8] if winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner’s residence (”airport of origin”) and a Sponsor-selected major airport in or near the City; but if winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, then round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between winners’ residence and the hotel and [9] airport/hotel transfers. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $9,376

FIVE (5) FIRST PRIZES: prize includes following elements: [1] one (1) Wizards of Waverly Place magic wand and [2] one (1) lunch box autographed by Show cast members (ARV: $25).

TEN (10) SECOND PRIZES: One (1) autographed Wizards of Waverly Place TV series soundtrack (ARV: $19).
