Ever wonder how much better life would be if you could see better? If you could lose those contacts? If you didn’t have to worry about your glasses falling off your face? If you had the spectacular vision that’s possible with the iLASIK Procedure?

Show us how your life is affected by less-than-stellar vision, and you can win the cash it takes to have the iLASIK Procedure. And if you’ve already had laser vision correction and are enjoying the benefits of the iLASIK Procedure, send us a video showing how life is better with great vision.

Submit your video in one of these categories:

1. “My contacts are getting in the way of my good time”

Example:

•I wore my contacts for 31 straight days. My eyes were so red my teachers thought I was under the influence

2. “My favorite sport or activity would be so much cooler with better vision”

Examples:

•I never wear my contacts when I ride, so I’m always the one lagging behind
•I took a spill with my glasses on. Now they’re broken and so am I

3. “You should see life after the iLASIK Procedure”

Example:

•I was swimming underwater at a Vegas hotel and when I surfaced, you wouldn’t believe what I saw. Before the iLASIK Procedure, it would all have been a blur

Additional consideration will be given to videos that include, either in text or voiceover, the phrase “You Gotta See Life With The iLASIK Procedure.”

Submission Guidelines

Be funny. Be spontaneous. Be real.

•Any music, sounds, props or other creative elements used in the video must be entrant’s own work; entrant must own all copyrights and hold all releases; and the video must not infringe upon or violate any rights
•Video must be 90 seconds or less in length
•All videos must not exceed 100mb and must be submitted in one of the following video formats: AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4, MPEG, FLV, 3GP, and 3G2

Eligibility: US, 21+
End date: December 10, 2009
Prizes: $5,000 cash Grand Prize (about the price of the iLASIK procedure)
First Prize – HDTV packages worth $2,500 (one awarded in each category)
